I was freezing and got very little sleep. I wasn't able to be productive at the business trade show that I was in town for. I checked out early and headed home. A pretty wasted trip. "The stay was really good the hotel was nice and staff were great- restaurants I would say tho the waitress need to get it together- waiting to long and she forgot most of my order - other then that the rooms were clean- parking was an issue as well- and they shouldn’t make guess pay for parking if they are stayin- I stayed at a few and they never made the guess pay- "

"I stay here a lot because of proximity to Penn Station and generally good prices. On this stay the prices jumped up 3x mid stay. The property itself, while having a classic grand and very buzzy/crowded lobby, has a rundown feel in the room area. The hall carpets are worn and taped, the rooms cramped and old-feeling. No room fridge or coffee maker, tiny closet and substandard plumbing that's noisy at night and with very erratic water temperature. In a neighborhood that's both mobbed with tourists and full of aggressive homeless."
