"Room could have been cleaner. Hotel needs renovations. Neighbourhood a bit sketchy. Valet service- things taken out of vehicle. Reported but nothing done. For the price we paid, this hotel fell below expectation."

"Great location, but our room (room 12) was not great. The blinds were broken, so I had to cover the open spots for some privacy. The door had a gap in it and did not make me feel very safe. Beds were old and springy, and there was hair in a few spots in the bathroom. "

"Easy access to the beach and broadwalk. They had beach chairs and towels available for our use. The room had basic kitchen items like a frying pan, silverware, and a tea kettle. The stovetop was useful. The room could have benefitted from some hooks to hang things up like towels/washrags however that is minor. There were minor maintenance things that would enhance the rooms conditions. Overall, the staff was great and very helpful. We only had one snafu and that was when we arrived, we were early. They didn't have our room ready and said they would call us when it was ready. I never received a call so when we made it back and inquired, they said it was ready and that they tried to call. No missed calls. No big deal though. We were in room 53 which had a nice balcony area, large sitting room, kitchen/dining room and then the bathroom and the bedroom. Was very spacious and worth the wait. I would recommend this facility if you wanted easy access to the beach and the broadwalk. "
