"Well my stay was a mess from the beginning with checking in… the internet service was terrible for the kiosks, mobile check -in was a disaster and the lines to check in were atrocious. Cora was a lady that helps at the Kiosk and she was NO HELP , rude and just kept telling me to refresh my screen until my digital keys and room info shows up. That took 2 hours and still didn’t work. After returning to Cora she told me there’s nothing she could do and sent me over to the long line for check in at the front desk. Then there was this nice lady named Shirley that was sending people who needed to check in over to the kiosk. She was answering people in lines questions or troubleshooting there problems SHIRLEY HELPED EVERYONE! She got us our keys to make and got us on our way after about 3 hours of waiting. So KUDOS TO HER! Next thing was the parking oh how you can get lost and you must have a key card for your room to get in and out of the parking areas. It was a disaster, and the few employees that were standing around doing nothing but staring at you and not answering your questions was hilarious. Parking we finally figured out the last day of our vacation. The rooms were big, but our shower backed up with a lot of long black hair that was not ours. The toilet paper that was not ours came up out the shower drain. We did not have a bathtub and we were standing in about 2-3 inches of water while showering which was NASTY. The light bulbs were out in the bathroom"

"We had a renovated room in the habitat tower overlooking the roof top. Clean & nice, instant, very hot water. We knew in advance to bring our own coffee pot as one is not provided. The only complaint we have is our experience at the pool. Opens at 9am & the only available chairs left by 9:30 were for rent for $265 that sat empty all day. Approximately 50% of the chairs are for rent only. Most people stood in the pool without a drink because drinks are outrageously expensive. $40 each or $13 for a beer. We felt it was unnecessarily greedy of them. They advertise five pools, but there is only two operating. It appeared that the other three were for rent as well. "

"Had a few issues with burned out bulbs, but easily fixed. Right in the heart of everything for a reasonable price. Will definitely come again."
