"The experience was good. Check in was incredibly slow. Over 20 minutes at the desk. Very frustrating. Housekeeping was lovely. Restaurant workers were great. Mike R at Bellhop was incredibly rude. I was taken back by how miserable he seemed and his complete lack of help and attitude. Very disappointed with him."

"Spectacular view of the Horseshoe falls if you are staying in a room with a fall view. During our down time we just sat in our room staring at the falls because it's mesmerizing. Waking up to that view is just blissful. The room is comfortable and clean. The Niagra Incline Railway and the Top of the Falls Restaurant is close by. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill. So, if you want to be closer to all of that, note that it's quite a walk to that area."
