"Great location, clean room, excellent breakfast and service"

"We stayed at Le Méridien for three nights to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday, having booked a superior city-view room five months in advance. As it was a special occasion, the hotel kindly gave us what they described as the best room in the category we had reserved, but unfortunately we found it rather disappointing. Although the room was likely the advertised 30 square metres, a large portion of the space was taken up by an oversized bathroom, which made the bedroom area feel much smaller than expected. The city view was pleasant enough (through windows in need of cleaning), but nowhere near as impressive as the photos suggested. The furnishings and overall finish also felt somewhat cheap and below the standard you would normally expect from a five-star hotel—something we had previously experienced at a Marriott Convoy in New York City. The exterior of the hotel suggests traditional architecture, but our room was in a modern part in the back with low ceilings, contrary to what we expected based on the photos of the hotel. The hotel also offered complimentary drinks on days when housekeeping was declined. We chose to make use of this, only to discover that the offer applied to a very limited drinks menu, meaning we still had to pay for what we ordered. That said, the location is excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, however, we felt the experience did not justify a return visit."

There is a bar and a buffet style restaurant in the lobby as well. Dinner had many options and everything tasted great. The hotel is across from n the terminals, Perfect location if you have an early flight."

"Room was as described a tadd small but we were out all day so all good, disappointed the roof bar was closed and that the breakfast even though good was vegetarian and the only thing you could buy off the bar food menu was pizza"

"The hotel was clean and had everything you could want, we paid a little extra for a premium room and breakfast and both were well worth the extra, especially the breakfast which was a great start to the day. All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."
