Overall good experience. We had a flood in our unit. They changed our room and gave us breakfast. Our cloths were contaminated and we missed half of the day and half of our tour, because had to pack our luggages and move to another room. It was a little bit unfortunate!

Great location to get around the city. Clean and comfortable however we are woken up before 8am with the loud sounds of drilling and this lasted until we got back in the afternoon at 5pm

We rented adjacent rooms, which worked out perfectly and gave us the ideal balance of togetherness and individual space. The hotel's location is superb, being very close to public transportation, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient for everyone. The rooms themselves were a highlight – clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was attentive, nice, and genuinely helpful. We particularly appreciated their flexibility with our late check-in at midnight; they accommodated us without any hassle, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The breakfast spread was another pleasant surprise. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was delicious, providing a great start to our busy days. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, whether you're a family, a couple, or traveling solo. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Wonderful stay!!

We has a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super easy to get to, and the metro station was right across the street. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and the staff was super friendly. The free coffee and tea station in the lobby was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend Citadines Danube Vienna!
