"We went for a cruise, like everyone else. The staff was amazing with such a busy time. I felt bad for the front desk as people are so rude. The location was great, we walked to a few pubs/restaurants and we walked to the cruise port. Some people paid $10 per person or $20, but it was a nice walk. It took 11 minutes with our suitcase. It seemed easier that loading and unloading a bus. But it was there if needed. I highly recommend this hotel"

"The staff was extremely rude upon check in. We were told the room had air conditioning and could sleep 5, but upon arrival there was 1 king bed and 1 queen. When I asked where our 5th person was supposed to sleep, as we were charged $20 for having an extra person (and ok ages were input so you could easily see we had no infants or children under 5) I was told to pay $30 extra for a roll away bed. Then the air conditioning in the room kept showing an error code and did not work our entire stay. There was only 2 towels in the room and the hand soap was empty. When we asked for more the gentleman rudely rolled his eyes, slammed the door behind him and then brought the items back to me. We had stayed here before with no problems or issues but this time was so unpleasant we definitely won’t be back. So to recap, we have rude guest services, an AC that did not work, not enough towels, empty hand soap, and treated like an inconvenience when they didn’t make the room up properly. Do better Sir. As a business owner myself, this is not how you get return customers. "

"My husband and I loved this hotel! We went with our 6 month old and she absolutely loved it! Room was clean and we were so close to many things to do as a family! Highly recommend! "

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with newer furnishings. The location to the cruise port is very convenient. Very disappointed that the pool was so dirty which prevented us from enjoying it. The included breakfast was good and despite the business was kept replenished and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. "
