Honestly it was the hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was good I won’t say amazing but definitely good . The room was clean and bathroom was stocked with towels thank god !! Spent time in the pool and the water was so refreshing!

Rooms are decent. Tv way too big for the rooms. Also, no refrigerators just something that looks like a wine fridge and a sign that says it’s just a cooler and not a refrigerator. Ridiculous, a wine fridge?? Also, water pressure in shower and sink very poor.

Enjoying our stay. Jo Ann checked us in and was very kind and explained all the amenities the hotel offers. The room is nice, spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are nice. There's on site options for food and drinks. The area has plenty of shopping and dinning options within walking distance. There's also many food trucks around offering a lot of variety. If you're getting on a Carnival Cruise it's close to the terminal. Based on my experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the area.

My door would any open several times until I pushed it open with my foot. The shower curtain wouldn’t close, water everywhere. In general, all the doors looked old and run down! Seemed like they didn’t spend any money on maintaining g the property to a high level like other Hyatt’s.
