I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad

Grown and Sexy!!!! We loved every part of this resort! Will definitely be going back! The tub was the best bath Ive ever taken!

This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

We got a hot tub patio room. Views were sick. Room was big. Wasn’t the cleanest. Property is aging and aging poorly at that. The hot tub is just a jetting tub. And while we were sitting out on the patio concrete chunks came loose and fell 3 floors. Luckily we weren’t hit but still kinda surreal experience. I collected some of the pieces and gave them to the front desk. Their response was that they have someone fixing it. However the fix I saw was them just knocking loose the rest of the loose concrete. The beach doesn’t have beach loungers but beach bean bags. The location couldn’t be better. The double pools are great.
