"First I was a bit put off because the property images suggest that the dorms are shared with less people and when I booked it didn't actually say how many to a dorm (it's 8 in mixed dorms). BUT, I'm so pleased I stayed here! The property is ideally located - 3 mins from the ADO bus station, 2 mins from collectivos to Chichen Itza, very close to great restaurants and the main town (but without the noise). "The owner was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect :) had everything you needed. There was also a closeline out the back door for drying clothes that was really handy (And hammock hooks in the room which was cool). The yard is beautiful and has tons of greenery, birds and gheckos. Frida Kahlo the cat that lives there is very friendly and cute. :) The door also had multiple lock options and felt very safe, and the property was only a 10 minute walk from the city center. "

"I loved Xuux Peek. When I go back to México i will stay here again. Google did mislead us on getting there, so if it directs you to a tiny over grown road, don't go that way. As you are heading east on 180D, right before the over pass there is a dirt road that runs along side the 180D, take that road and it leads directly to the hotel. I wish the cenotes were more full. The pool was great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. For food be prepared to bring some, or you you can drive to Valladolid which is a short drive away."
