Overall great vacation, with family food was good staff was friendly. The beach was covered with sea weed and the smell came all the way to our rooms. The entire hotel smells like sewer water. Not sure who to blame for that but that was the only thing that kept me from giving all 5

Very little food options. You have to pay 400 pesos to eat at the steak restaurant. Waste of space when they average 1 table. The remaining restaurants were Italian, Japanese, American diner. Even those restaurants were closed once or twice a week. So you are stuck eating the regular buffet. They have a members only breakfast buffet that averages 2 tables. The general breakfast buffet, has only one omelette station and you cannot order mimosas. You go to the bar, they’ll tell you to wait after 10 am. There is no air conditioning throughout the resort unless you go to certain places or your room. Staff and amenities are ok but the resort itself, is not giving a good experience or value. It’s an all-inclusive with limitations.
