"Driving up to the building I just wasn’t sure what to expect. Our room, however, was beautiful! Extremely clean, carpet was plush, beds were super comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and appreciated the shampoo/conditioner and soap. Especially appreciated that there were gluten free muffins available at breakfast! This made my stay and now we will always come back. Thank you!"

"Beautiful property with a lovely lake view, great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and other amenities. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the hotel in general was very clean including the stairwells, parkade and pool area. The rooms were also very quiet and well equipped enjoyed having the patio table and chairs on our deck. The bathrobes were so nice for the walk to and from the hot tub or pool. We definitely enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return."

"The room and facility was spotlessly clean, which is always lovely. The staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The physical plant needs an update. The Sandman Hotel is showing it's age with wear and tear visible throughout the facility."

"I only have one complaint about this hotel room. There are no curtains on the huge window in the bedroom so it was very bright as soon as the sun came up. I was hoping to be able to sleep in on my birthday but no such luck. Otherwise a very nice room. Beautiful view."
