### Exceptional villa with swimming pool, spa, view in the middle of the vineyards

Superb, luxurious architect-designed villa of around 300m², in one of France's most beautiful villages, surrounded by vineyards with uninterrupted views. It is 10 minutes from the A6 and A89 motorway exits, 10 minutes from Villefranche sur Saone, 40 minutes from Lyon and 45 minutes from Lyon Saint Exupéry airport.  
It has 3 levels, 2 wooden terraces and a breathtaking panoramic view. It has a 5\*9 swimming pool, a spa (extra charge) with panoramic views and 2 large terraces, one of which is covered. Every room offers a breathtaking view of the Beaujolais.  
You'll find a spirit of serenity and relaxation here, with a large swimming pool and a spa with panoramic views over the Beaujolais. Children can play on the wooden playground while admiring the view.  
Our villa combines charm, luxury, conviviality and well-being. Definitely a holiday home that lets you let go. You'll also be able to enjoy the many walks in the surrounding area, surrounded by vineyards.  
It has 6 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed, 2 bedrooms with a 90 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm queen-size bed and a separate studio with a 90 cm bed. It sleeps a maximum of 9 people. There are 5 bathrooms and 4 WCs, 2 lounges, one for TV and one for relaxation, a large kitchen with a central island with a dining area for 4 people on the island and a dining table for 6 people.  
This is our main residence, which we offer to you for the duration of our holidays.

La maison est très bien conçue et agréable à vivre, avec une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. La propriétaire est au moins aussi agréable que sa maison, très sympathique, accueillante et aussi efficace (ses conseils de ballades et de visite se sont avérés excellents. En résumé, "un merveilleux séjour" !
