Very nice, friendly hotel with delightful staff and good breakfast. Only criticism is having a small step to negotiate between the (small) bathroom and the bedroom - don’t always remember such things in the small hours of the morning.

The hotel location was very convenient. It is right across the Rhone River, which makes for a beautiful walk outside. The rooms were clean, modern, with high ceilings. The bed was comfortable - I had a corner room and it was quite large! The bathroom and shower was also great - warm, well-pressured water in a modern setting. My shower water would leak a little bit towards the toilet area because the glass slider door wasn’t as secure, but that’s not really a big complaint or a big deal at all. The breakfast was delicious - eggs, bacon, salmon, cheese, bread etc. They provide free access to some snacks and drinks in the lounge, as well as some apperitivo in the evening. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

3 day stay without any daily service. Room smelled of moodiness because there was black mold in bathroom ceiling and bathroom. Hallway carpet was dirty. Internet was slow. Bathroom was terrible layout, which allowed for shower water to spill all over the bathroom. 4 star review— should be 0 stars. Entire place needs to be renovated and staff need to learn how to clean. Even for European standards, which are lower than the US, this was bad.

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel. Friendly & helpful staff and great value for money. Ideally situated for attending events at city international (30 min walk away) but within easy reach of the city center and old town.
