Walls and carpets are destroyed everywhere, mosquitos / fruit flies inhabited the bathroom. I have tattoos so I must use shower, shower floods and did not drain properly, hot and cold interchange constantly, water pressure fails often. Why no private pools? Beds are old coil spring beds with destroyed coils, terrible sleep. Walls are paper thin, everything is heard outside the room. Rooms are excessively hot, hvac systems are not maintained, mold is present in ventilation everywhere. Black Mold is most noticeable in the lobby ventilation. Lobby offers a free snack / night cap before and after dinner, it’s a great service however the space is unimaginably too small for the guests using it and people are spread out into the all over the lobby. Snacks and drinks keep depleting faster than guests can enjoy. Children are everywhere, even during alcohol serving period. Breakfast and dinner periods must be reserved to stop overfilling, yet you still must wait in lines as dining is always over booked. Food served was nothing special, I think fewer items of higher quality would be better. Only 1 microwave for the whole hotel ??? Internet was terrible. Didn’t use onsen, cannot review. My family enjoyed the pools. I don’t recommend staying here unless for skiing. Feels like a budget ski hotel, over priced."
