The staff was cold, there is a minimum of contact or help with the staff hotel. You have to check in and check out on a machine only. On the information, it was written parking on site available for 500 yen, they showed me parking available outside the hotel, depending of them the price start from minimum 1000 yen by day. ##### jessie Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Patrick May 12, 2024 Liked: Property conditions & facilities Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities Be aware that Toyoko Inn has double standards for not booking using their website and those booking from Expedia and the likes. If your stay is longer than one night, do not expect your room to be made, trash removed, or towels changed. They will hang a bag with towels outside your door because its company policy for not booking through them. Their daily "simple bed making and linens change policy are for members only!!! There are other hotels within walking distance I'll use for our next visit.
