The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

"The Sutton Place Hotel in Vancouver sets a benchmark other hotels should strive to meet. From arrival to departure, the service was exceptional. The valet team was extremely attentive and welcoming, always making us feel genuinely looked after. Our room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The housekeeping staff also deserve special recognition. Whenever we encountered them in the hallways, we were consistently greeted with a cheerful hello and a friendly smile. Those small, genuine interactions added enormously to the warmth of our stay and made the hotel feel welcoming rather than simply luxurious. The restaurant and bar were equally fabulous, with wonderful food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. What stood out most was the consistency. Excellent accommodations are one thing, but pairing them with staff who seem genuinely pleased to have you there is something else entirely. Sutton Place delivered that experience throughout our stay and has set a benchmark for what we will now expect from other hotels. We would gladly return."

"We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfy. The location was perfect to see the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The breakfast was good even though it is basically a continental breakfast. Had a pancake maker that dispense and then cooks with a touch of a button. Grocery store a 10 minute walk."

"The hotel is about a month old. Final touches were and are be adding. That said, the hotel staff were amazing and rose to the occasion to meet our timing and schedule needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of during our trip. We highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, in front of the Holiday Inn and across from the Best Western. The hotel has exposed brick walls and the charm of a quaint boutique nestled in downtown Vancouver. Shopping district (Robson) is near by-as is the art museum, gas town, and the waterfront. Be sure to visit Granville Island Market by ferry, the lookout tower, and perhaps Harbor Air for a sea plane tour (awesome). Looking forward to our return stay!"

"Overall satisfied, only problem the heating didn't work in the room (late Sept cooler night), they offered us new room, but we eventually didn't mind, blankets were nice and thick. Cute courtyard, satisfying breakfast. Would come back!"
