This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. ● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. ● Two (2) cars maximum allowed\* Renters are required to properly display a host-provided parking permit on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. And the garbage disposal in the kitchen smelled like something died in there, it reeked. We were expected to empty the trash in a dumpster that no one could find. People were driving up and down streets asking US if we knew where the dumpsters were located. Housekeeping is terrible. How could they miss full trash containers and the smell of the sink?? The host never interacted with us. The 800 number to Vacasa tried to help with parking questions and contacted the owner who answered our question but when another question came up, Vacasa again called the owner and it kept going to voicemail. The owner never tried to help us. VRBO is wonderful but Vacasa is a company that we will never, ever rent from again. And the owner owes us an apology and should give us a partial refund but sadly, we probably won't get either. We were celebrating my 63rd birthday. We made the best of it. ##### Tillie M. Our sole interaction with a staff member was regarding parking, and he seem unsure of what we should do. Finally there were 3 flights of outside stairs- so you needed to carry everything up, then back down. Since the stairs were exposed to the elements, they were slanted down and icy, causing a significant and very painful fall, bruising my entire right side. However, the stairs were covered in snow and ice when we arrived. I spent an hour of my time clearing and salting them so they were safe for my children (11,9, and 7). I reported this to the management company. We then received another 12” of snow. No one came to clear the steps. Again I spent my time clearing the steps. Unsatisfactory. Many issues with the unit besides the stairs To mention a few No coffee pot in the coffee maker Uncomfortable mattress in the downstairs bedroom Noises overnight Balcony light goes on and off for no reason Overall, not a comfortable place for us Don’t recommend it for families especially if taking that many stairs are a concern. ##### Ray K.
