"The property was fine but there was a lot of confusion surrounding check in and parking space. "

"The whole process dealing with "Corporate Stay" is a nightmare. They do only remote (out-of-province) communication; they have no one in Winnipeg. Their instructions are ridiculously complicated with door codes and mailbox codes. FOBs for the gym were not working. Help was indicated after 3 days (we don't have anyone locally that can help right now). They charge you a huge deposit fee, which they DO NOT REFUND, unless you fill out an online form (which doesn't work), which they don't make...

"Location is centrally located for dining, shopping and easy access to downtown. Extra charge for a parking spot, but we were able to use free visitor parking. Beds were comfortable, but other furniture was not. Confusion on finding the correct room, we ended up trying to get into someone's apartment. Be aware of proper hallway. "

While the property is listed as having air conditioning (which it does), the air conditioning unit is in the main living area only. The bedrooms, as a result, are hot and the fans provided are needed on warm nights. Note that there is no dining table in the property, but there is an eat at counter. "Myself and my toddlers were in town to visit family. This property was perfectly located for us. The host went above and beyond to leave toys out that my kids just LOVED!!!! Thank you. Minimal noise from upstairs which was great. Everything was very clear, laundry worked perfectly. Kitchen had what you would need for basic meal prep but all we had there was breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The backyard and view made you feel like you weren’t in a basement. Waking trails close by, kids park...
