"I really appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with an exquisite view of the river valley. Only suggestion: it’s TIME for a refresh: bathroom reno, carpeting, furniture. Long overdue!"

"I had no issues with the hotel itself. Just some sketchy ppl outside wanting to use my phone, Don't ever give them anything because it will be gone. Overall the stay was fairly quiet, friendly staff and couldn't find any dirty spots in my room. I would definitely stay here again"

"The Sandman is in a good central location and excellent value. It’s great to have Chop restaurant downstairs and available all day. The hotel is well maintained but needs updating. The staff are amazing! They’re very helpful and unfortunately, they have to respond to an older hotels shortcomings. We did have a positive experience all in all for five days."
