« It is well appointment, nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked, however I would discourage more than 2 people as the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable (mattress is thin and the coils can dig in a bit). Having said that, the owner is quick to respond and very attentive, and the apartment is well located and walking distance to everything in Radium. »

« No toiletries on site eg shampoo. Paper towel and toilet paper was of low quality (1 ply) . They had a wood burning fire place in the living room but no wood to burn on site which was a pity. Water pressure was low and lack of hot water with a family of 4 only one person could barely have a hot shower. Clean condo with netflix which was nice but didnt have that home feeling overall. It would be nice to have a reminder before to bring own toiletries and fire wood. »

« We kept getting an email /texts from the rating agency which keep saying we need add personal details and pay a property deposit when we know that VRBO had already reserved one. WE called the receptionist at property owner and they said we should do as it says, I refused and when the receptionist referred it someone else , we didnt need to complete it.
