"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."

"Found it strange to have signs up saying if you did not wash your coffee cup there would be a $25 charge. Pots and pans but no stove?? Turned on the air conditioner (which was almost useless) and blew a breaker when the wife used the microwave. It was clean and almost comfortable. Did not try the breakfast… started too late for us"

"We found the property a bit of a disappointment, and a bit over priced ($226CAD) for a one night stay. A 9.2 favorable rating lured me in. Unless you're looking for a 1950's style rehabbed motor motel, you might be a bit disappointed. I was wishing the television worked, but after several attempts and finding it repeatedly "reloading/refreshing" the screen, I gave up and turned it off. I would have counseled with the operator, but found she became overly defensive when approached about the discrepancy with the quote (Hotels.com) I secured and her charges. My problem she insisted."
