I contacted the owners and it was quickly resolved. They went out of their way to come down to the unit and once everything had been straightened out they helped me and my son move our luggage to the unit which was very appreciated. That was the only minor difficulty in the whole process. Once we're in the unit it was gorgeous. The pool was magnificent and the view from it was great and it served as a great base camp for us. For the 4 days that we were there we managed to go on many hikes. Made a couple of meals and ate out a bunch. Overall a fantastic trip. Many thanks to the hosts for going out of their way to ensure that the check-in process was as painless as it could be under the circumstances. It’s the perfect home base to explore Radium and the area around it. The condo was very clean, and a comfortable space. We loved that the kitchen was so well stocked; condiments, spices, coffee, paper towels, plastic wrap, etc… things that we’d rather not have to buy. Great places to eat within walking distance. Just across the street was a trail great for dog walking. It was not on the documents online. I could not get the link for the info on the listing and had to have it sent twice after we got there.
