« This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu. »

« 洞爺湖に近くて良い。 洞爺湖万世閣ホテルの日帰り入浴も安価で利用できる（朝と夜で男女入れ替わり::展望の良くサウナもある） HIDEの隣にある爺さん婆さんが営む「味の一平」は串もおでんも絶品です。（営業時間が短いので注意：20:00頃には閉店？） オーナーさんに会うことはなかったが、SMSで連絡頂けたりとても親切でした。 »

« Really nice hotel, welcoming staff, wonderful view on the lake, nice meals (breakfast is set between 7 and 8.30 and dinner between 6 and 7) and pleasant onsen within the hotel. Important ! The rooms are Japanese-style so you sleep on a futon, not in a bed. The best way to move around the hotel is by car though, as buses are very infrequent. »

« 広くて遊び道具が充実しており、子どもたちもとても喜んでおりました。テントサウナも盛り上がりました。バーベキューセットも一通り揃っているようなので、今度は暖かい時期に利用したいと思います。 食器類やタオルなど、すべて揃っているので快適に過ごせました。細かいところになりますが、コーヒーミルが付いているという事前情報だったので、豆を持って行ったのですがミルが見当たらなかったのが少し残念でした。またフライ返しがなかったので目玉焼きを焼くのに苦労しまし。 »

"C'est un complexe hôtelier immense en bord du lac Toya. Les parties communes sont plutôt agréables mais ne reflètent pas la qualité des chambres qui sont vraiment désuètes avec une odeur d'humidité vraiment pas agréable. Les onsens eux sont pour le coup très spacieux et variés. Petit déjeuner en buffet avec un coin occidental. Au global décevant pour le prix payé "
