"Hotel is modern and clean. Checked out of Hampton after one night because could not take it and came to the Hilton and it was a world of a difference."

"Checked in at almost 3am after driving for 17 hrs and got basically told we should go to another hotel because keys weren’t able to be made for us unless we were walked to the room which was fine with us but kept insisting not having keys is a problem.. ended up checking out the next day instead of staying 3 nights because it smelled so musty. My daughter and I woke up with such frizzy hair because there was so much humidity. The smell was not only in the room but also in the hallway. Everything is still very outdated. Toilet made noise all night and sometimes didn’t flush. AC unit made so much noise all night and even with it on the room felt so moist and we couldn’t spend another night there. Checked out and went to another hotel and it was a world of a difference. So disappointed."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The amenities were a bit outdated but we still had fun. Loved that our family had plenty of room. Was really grossed out by the dishwasher with water at the bottom, but we were prepared and had paper plates and just washed anything else we needed. We were rushed out 30 minutes before our checkout with the cleaning crew sitting outside. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Was a great value for the amount of space. Would definitely stay again."
