Also property management firm falsely advertises 24 hr cancellation policy and then sends you a contract with 30 day canx policy - intentionally. ##### Keefe F. Close to area shopping and just a short drive to the beach. A clean well maintained and family friendly quite neighborhood. Pet friendly was a plus and a great peaceful pet friendly beach nearby was Varn Park. If you love seafood you must check out Red Crab, amazing selection. Grogeous very clean pool. We did have our AC go out one night and it was pretty hot for 24 hours. A little slow to get back with us given the extreme heat. Once they contacted soneone it was fixed the next day. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10 ##### Karen R.
