The house was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The kitchen refrigerator was plenty big, and there's also a fridge in the garage which was great for adult beverages. There were plenty of beach towels at the house which you can never have enough of. The washer and dryer was also great to have for sand-free clean beach towels and for our extended family who were traveling from out of state. The house includes a grill which we also used. The garage had small coolers and several beach chairs so with the ones we also brought from home, we had plenty for our group. We were anxious about having to cross A1A to get to the beach, but the walk is so close, plus the house is in an area that is not overly busy with traffic on A1A, so it was no longer a concern. The walk was maybe 2 minutes. The close walk to the beach and the rooftop open viewing area were the primary reasons we booked this house. These did not disappoint. The rooftop open area is great for morning coffees and cocktails in the evening. You can see and hear the waves crashing, nothing short of relaxing. Both living spaces were plenty big for our extended family of 9\. The dining room has a big table with comfortable cushioned chairs where we ate all our meals and played games.
