We had all the things we needed for the beach but there are chairs, tents, umbrellas, and sand toys available there. The best thing is the beach is less than a minute from the front door. "This is just a really great house, probably my favorite rental ever. This house is especially great for families. It has a really comfortable and cool vibe. Giant beds and TV’s everywhere. "The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back."

"Overall, the inside of the house was nice and worked out well for our group. The house was nicely cleaned and the AC worked very well, which was definitely needed to survive the FL heat. The beach isn’t too far away and it was relatively easy to get back and forth each day. The beds and couches were pretty hard and not super comfortable, but was fine to sleep and relax on for a few days. "Many properties say they have ocean views, or they’re right on the ocean, but they are not. They may be on the access to the ocean or a few houses away but this one is right on the beach! ….morning coffee on the deck is a zen like experience. We will definitely go back."

"Nice little beach house just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, pet friendly, quiet area, with everything you need- even beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We only needed to bring clothes, toiletries and food! I loved the decor with scripture reminders throughout the house! I think my families’ favorite was taking the bikes out for a ride each evening.
