"Clean room. Loved the old time feel! Really comfortable bed. No fridge in room but was really nice size. Has a bar and cafe also! Would recommend! "

"We stayed at the Courtyard for 4 days while traveling for work, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing overall. The first night we arrived, our TV had a strong blue hue/tint to the picture. We called the front desk that evening, and they noted it. The next morning we stopped at the desk again before leaving for work and were told maintenance would look at it. We came back that night and nothing had been done. We reported it again the following morning and were again told it would be addressed. By the third night, after now reporting the issue multiple times, we called down again and explained the situation. Thankfully, the same front desk employee who had previously helped us with towels immediately took care of it and had maintenance come up promptly to fix the TV. We appreciated his help and professionalism, but spending 3 out of 4 nights with a TV issue after repeatedly reporting it was frustrating. We also never received maid service during our entire stay. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and washcloths, and we eventually ran out of toilet paper and had to grab some from a housekeeping cart in the hallway ourselves. I will say the front desk employee who helped us the last night was very kind, apologetic, and genuinely tried to make things right, which we appreciated. Overall, between the repeated maintenance issue and the lack of housekeeping service during our stay, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again if given the option."

"Great hotel. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Many places to shop & eat nearby. Free breakfast was delicious every day. Parking was easy. Would stay there again when in the area."

"Room was ok. Not clean at all under coach cushions, couch and bed. Closet was full of remodeling supplies. And the bathtub is very slick I almost fell twice. "

"The room smell bad like mildew, roaches on the walls and in the night tables. I also found roaches in the bathroom. I decided not to eat anything that was provided in the Inn. I the floor plans were lifted from the floor. Every time I walked I felt the floor planks move up and down. Parking was excellent. Staff were somewhat welcoming. I would not rebook or stay a night at the Blue Spring Inn in Orange City Florida. "
