A real secret gem. Quiet, but just a short drive to Deland. Attractive lakefront; fishing and boating. We needed separate bedrooms and this was a great option. Cheaper than two rooms at other hotels, and simpler. We were looking for a quiet getaway in the area, and this was perfect.

What a hidden gem! Yes the property is older but it’s clean and has a beautiful view of the lake. The trees surrounding the hotel with the lake is true “Old Florida” We will definitely be going back to rent the pontoon for the day.

This is the second time staying on Lake Beresford and this place is just so peaceful with a feeling of camp cottages. Campfires, pool and pontoon boat ride were some of the activities they have available and we did them all. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchens are old but functional.
