"Breakfast was terrible, out of food and coffee. Said coffee machine was broken... They said we could check out late with no charge, approved for one hour then charged extra to my credit card on file. Asked for a receipt at checkout, said printer was not working. . building and sidewalks were filthy mold present. Needs a good pressure cleaning. Will not go back ever!!!"

"Stayed for 5 days. The rooms were fine overall, but it’s definitely an older hotel. We were visiting during Bike Week, so there weren’t many hotel options available. Unfortunately, we had a major issue with the fire alarm in our room. On Saturday night, it started beeping in the middle of the night. We reported it at 5:00 AM and were told it would be fixed. When we returned later that evening, it was still beeping. Someone was sent up to fix it, and it stopped for a few hours — but then it started again in the middle of the night. This same situation continued for three days. Every day, I went down to the front desk to ask them to fix it. Each time, they would attempt a repair, it would stop briefly, and then start beeping again a few hours later. We endured two completely sleepless nights with a loud beep going off every single minute. On the third night, after we were at our breaking point, they finally offered to move us to another room — at 9:45 PM. To make matters worse, the desk clerk that evening acted as though we were a major inconvenience. She basically tossed the new room keys at me without so much as an apology. I understand things happen, especially during busy events, but three days of an unresolved fire alarm issue and the lack of customer service made this stay extremely frustrating."

"The rooms were great it was more of the side front ocean facing. It was not what I would call full ocean view. We loved it. However, at check in someone at the resort had canceled my reservation and there was a problem with the money showing refunded. I have not yet received a copy of an itemization of the cost. Not really happy about that. When I went in the lady said it was canceled I should her the booking and she said oh it is with Expedia I see the problem. Then, she said it was nothing to do with Expedia that someone there had canceled, that it showed active with Expedia. I had not ever attempted to cancel. I don't really know what that was about. I became concerned at that point. The lady was very nice at the desk and said she would take care of it. The pricing was a little different than stated on the reservation. I think perhaps it will work out the same in the end. However, I don't really know because I haven't received a copy of the bill. Would stay there again but would definitely confirm reservations with the resort before traveling. "

"Clean hotel, staff was very friendly, AC was cold. Only noticed cosmetic issues around the property but would book again without hesitation."
