I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property. Though the room was small, The room had a very pleasant and clean smell. The room was a little bit damp, but otherwise it had a very clean smell and very safe feeling. We would go back to that again for a great bargain on price and clean rooms.

It is obvious the room was recently renovated. New tile, paint, fridge, microwave, & tv. The room was ready on time, and very clean. I'd recommend this property!

This motel is a nice alternative with the beach only steps away, but without permanent service on site. The room is up to date and offers everything you need. Nevertheless, there were three minor issues: you can hear your neighbors, the chair inside the room was dirty with sand and salt water crusts, and the extractor in the bathroom was visibly not dust cleaned for several months. Other than this, I liked my stay there and would book it again, when I am in the area.
