"Such a really nice, historic hotel with beautiful river views. The staff is overly nice, the store has lots of items that are surprisingly reasonably priced and the included breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was fantastic! Will definitely stay again. "

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"This is a 1 bedroom with living room space and full kitchen they supplied all the amenities for the kitchen which was nice but didn’t use. Extremely hot water for the shower which we loved. This place was very clean and the manager is super nice very friendly. I definitely will be back to ocean 11. This is our 2nd time to Daytona for the races and it’s not a very far distance to drive to get too"
