"Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”."

"We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place."

"This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!"

"We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area."

"Unit is a very short walk to beach. Due to hurricane damage and subsequent rebuild, a small detour to the beach is handy and close. Traveling as a couple, this place had it all for us: one bedroom, two beds, two baths, living area open with full kitchen. All clean! We’ll be back!"

"When we checked in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest so we had to spend our first night in a different unit. The unit is nice and as described and pictured the only thing that would be nice is if there was a place for hanging garments as the closet is locked. The amenities of the building itself are non existent everything was closed for repairs which was disappointing."

"This property is even better than it seems in the photos. It is very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t really use the kitchen at all but it seemed very well equipped. Thank you for including beach towels!! The only thing was there was only 1 hand sized towel in the whole apartment… but really not an issue. It was very nicely furnished and had the most beautiful view from the ocean-front balcony! The breeze was wonderful. The building is a very family friendly vacation spot— busy pool area....

"Even though it is an older condo building, the unit is very nice and clean with lots of space for our family of four. We loved all the extras in the kitchen as well as the beach supplies! It really helped it feel like home very quickly! Internet speeds were great, too. I wish the bed in the master bedroom was larger, but it is exactly as described in the listing. We loved our stay and enjoyed the drive up and down the coast as we went to our different activities - it was beautiful! Take...

"We loved our stay at this location. The place was very cute, cozy, clean and updated. Had many extras not expected such as things to help our visit on the beach. The DBR is still under construction so it was difficult to enjoy the amenities; however, as stated their place was very comforting and just what we needed for our stay!!"

"Very nice condo, even while under hurricane construction. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds and clean. Washer and dryer was inconvenient not being in condo, but is located outside door In hallway. Good parking in garage with area for beach items. Be sure to take your own beach chairs or you will need to buy upon arrival. They had 1 really good chair, so that was nice. Owner had excellent communication with quick response when needed."

"In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. "
