"The room was clean and nice, the staff were kind and helpful. Why not 5 stars from me? Well I recommend researching PR Food and Wine festival which is hosted at the resort. We were told that the very loud music would end at 10pm but it didn’t end until 12A Friday and Saturday. Due to this event you aren’t able to access the full property to include all the pools and the open pools close early. While the room appeared clean there was black mold in the bathroom sink’s overflow hole. I did make staff aware and I think it may be addressed. In all I’d say expect what’s advertised unless something is going on."

"The location, cleanliness, and room size worked well for our family of four (3 adults and 1 teen). It was especially nice to have a good-sized fridge and freezer for leftovers and fresh ice. While the hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport, noise was never an issue. We rented a car, and the parking at the hotel was gated and safe. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach was about a 10-minute walk, which can seem longer when carrying chairs, umbrella, etc. The breakfast options did not vary much from day to day, and it consistently ran out of fresh fruit."
