« Three of us stayed at this amazing hidden gem for a friendship get away reunion. 9 of us in total, and hands down we had the best accommodations by a country mile. The cottage spotless, impeccably decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with everything from toiletries, water, snack, beach towels, etc. The beds were super comfortable and it was so conveniently located. « Our stay at Michelle's home was great! The location is perfect, an easy walk downtown or a short Uber ride. My girlfriends and I were there for the UNH Reunion weekend. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths was perfect. Also, having the kitchen or the family room/den to hang out in was so much nicer than sitting around a hotel room to catch up. « John did an amazing job with the house. EVERYTHING is brand new. The dishes, towels, bedding, appliances, were all high quality. The space was perfect. The bunkhouse, outdoor patio, outdoor furniture and fire pit were amazing. With easy access to the city of Portsmouth, Kittery Outlets, and York Harbor, it is a fantastic place for family or couples to enjoy the beauty of the NH and Maine coast. »

« At arrival found out that the number pad entry wasn’t working, called the property manager, she was helpful and explained an alternative way to open the door, but it seemed they were aware this was an issue and didn’t let us know ahead of time. The floors weren’t very clean in the common areas. The bathrooms were clean. The mattresses were on bed frames with no box springs. I’m guessing this home has recently been turned into a Vrbo and still needs some work. The house is in a cute small town...
