Located in an older building, the apartment is simple and functional, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. While it's not a luxury unit, it’s perfect for those seeking a straightforward, no-frills stay in a convenient location. Welcome to this cozy, no-frills first-floor apartment, designed for a straightforward and comfortable stay! Situated in a friendly multifamily building, this space offers the convenience of a single-level layout—no stairs to climb. With 5 rooms, including a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, you’ll have everything you need for a hassle-free visit. While the building and the apartment may be a bit older, it’s clean, well-kept, and offers all the essentials for a functional stay. The two king-sized memory foam mattresses are a guest favorite—known for their comfort, these are the same high-quality beds I use across all of my properties. The furniture and finishes are simple, with no bells and whistles, but they’re comfortable and practical for your needs. You’ll also have access to a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. This is a great space if you’re looking for a solid, uncomplicated place to stay—nothing fancy, just a comfortable home base during your travels! The apartment is exclusively yours with its own entrance so throughout your stay you can enjoy the space without being interrupted! Please reach out if you need anything!
