You enter a dirty basement with an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely lumpy and the bathroom and kitchen floors were very dirty. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and a few different beaches close by. ##### Chad E. We went kayaking on Plum island, toured Newburyport, Kittery Maine, Quincy Market in Boston etc. The property was adequate for us, nice to have laundry, space for us to have meals. We stayed here during the Yankee Homecoming this year. We also have family in the area. This house is a short drive from downtown Newburyport and a few miles to Plum Island. Safe, quiet area. It is also very close to grocery stores, shopping etc. There were only three of us, but the house could have slept 6 comfortably. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
