« Such a charming home with great walkability and quiet despite being so central. Sean was extremely communicative and quickly answered any questions we had. He even reached out to let us know we had forgotten something upon checkout. The home was quaint and in a great location- easy to walk to any food, coffee, stores, and the water. I do want to mention that the stairs are extremely steep, so just something to be aware of for those with mobility issues or young children! Overall, would...

« Pros: Adorable, cozy house! Very clean and well set up. While the house was small, the bathroom/shower was nice and large. It was located in a nice quiet area.Cons: Would recommend hanging the upstairs curtains higher to cover the transom window and change them to darker/blackout. The streetlight shining in kept us up and made it hard to sleep.Overall a great place though! »

« Gracious hosts with a comfortable, well-appointed home near community favorite spots, beach, bike path and The Commons. Easy area to walk, parking at home is tricky but can easily park one block away. Highly recommend. »

« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« Washington's Rye House was delightful. The home is well-maintained and is in an excellent location near Wallis Sands Beach. Beautiful mid-century decor with a modern kitchen. Portsmouth is a short drive. Loved our time in Rye. »
