From the reception to the cleaning staff to the restaurant servers and everybody was super nice and always willing to answer us with a smile! The outdoor hot pool is amazing. It has powerful water jets and has this spa vibe to it. So no need to pay to go to the commercial spa… we had our own private one. One downside is that neither of the 2 dry saunas worked well. Also, we were very pleased to get an upgraded room in the original section which was in fact more like a suite. This section is like living in a log cabin but very chic and cozy. It had a wonderful fire place (fueled by gas). Bathroom was pretty small but still lovely and the rest of the suite was very comfy. Great place!"
