« The Mansion is an incredible experience and historically significant property, having survived the 1900 hurricane in Galveston. The property has been lovingly preserved and the staff were exceptional. On arrival we were met by Aaron who took great care and time to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The Kona Hawaiian coffee is sublime and breakfast was a great conclusion to our stay. Highly recommended. »

« This time we stayed in the Cottage. It was a separate unit behind the main house. Easy to enter using the code I was emailed. The cottage was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and a wraparound shower curtain. The room A/C was excellent. It was very comfortable all day and night. The ceiling fan was whisper quiet. « Hotel au delà de mes attentes. Il est tout neuf. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La petite piscine est un plus ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Le petit-déjeuner continental est suffisant. « This was a beautiful and impeccably maintained high‑end apartment. The ample parking made it easy to access the seawall, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating, communicated clearly throughout my stay, and even went out of his way to share great restaurant recommendations and local things to do. « Ma compagne et moi avions réservé cet hôtel en bord de plage à Galveston, j’avais laissé un petit mot pour que l’on puisse avoir une chambre face mer si possible. Lors du check in, nous avions simplement l’impression d’embêter (pour rester polis) l’employé qui essayait de suivre son match à la télé ! « NOT worth $350 a night! No housekeeping unless you ask for it, no coffee maker in the tiny room, hard metal chairs on the balcony, long waits at the elevator, ice machine not working on our floor, bar tender couldn’t even make a mojito. This motel is literally a two in one building. Home2suites and Tru. All using the same lobby, pool, and parking lot -$20 a night 2 nights cost me $800 after parking and taxes!!! »
