Chalets à Ripley

« Lovely home located on Sparkling ponds winery property! The house has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full baths with a nice size kitchen (with so many amenities), dining room table for 4 and another area for 2 to dine. The kitchen bing room has a nice layout and the first room as you enter the home. We also enjoyed the gas grill and outdoor dining table. The front porch also has seating where we enjoyed more coffee. Sheets, towels, toiletries, extra blankets, were all included. Communication...

« It was a lovely setting for groomsmen pictures and breakfast for the guys for the morning of the wedding. I, personally, enjoyed the sunsets each night (Thursday & Friday). The only drawback was the stairs with 2 - 89 year old parents who needed something to hang onto when going up and down the steps. The curve was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a very comfortable house with lots of room. »

« Was a great place to take our adult /teen children and new grandchild. Pros- enough space to fit everyone comfortably. Host was nice and I knew she was available if needed. Information book of their favorite places was nice, games for the kids and more. Cons- right next to a park where people frequently were drinking on the public cliff. This didn't bother us a lot because no one was unruly or belligerent. The shower was very cramped nicely done but the fixtures made it so there wasn't enough...
