« Chris was an exemplary host. We were able to check in early. He also offered a late checkout which we didn’t need.We were greeted with music playing and a chilled bottle of Proseco on the table. A beautiful sunset followed though not sure if he has that kind of pull.The house was as advertised. A porch looking out on the lake as well as a covered pergola just feet from the cliff on Erie provided a serene aspect to the stay. Spent nearly every waking hour at the house in one of those two places....

« There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. »

« Ethan, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. We came up for our elopement and "mini honeymoon" and wanted a quiet place on the lake. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the lake, and at night, the stars. We very much enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay again in the future. »

However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. Hosts were very responsive. The backyard and lake views are incredible and we had multiple bald eagle sightings! « Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that...
