« The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten »

« The room was impeccably clean. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting, with a cozy seating area and even lemon-infused water for refreshment! Though I did not utilize the gym, it looked to be very well equipped. »

« The breakfast staff were great. So friendly. The front desk was very helpful. The location is spot on! On our last night we realized that there was no shampoo, so maybe need to check when readying the room. We didn’t need until the 2nd night and it was too late to get. Also the floor in the room was a little sticky perhaps the mop wasn’t as clean? All in all though we had a great time and love the hotel. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at Copperhead. We will greeted with a warm welcome by Grace, who was just wonderful. Then when we went to the cabin and opened the door, we were absolutely astonished by its beauty and its personal attention to detail. It had everything we needed and plenty that we didn’t.
