"My first impression was the room was spartan. I usually stay more upscale. However it has been updated. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was superb. I wanted directions for a restaurant. Franklin didn’t think that was safe for an old lady traveling alone to walk - traffic without crosswalks, so he arranged for Claudio to take me to the restaurant and pick me up when I was done.
