"Property was great , found some loose tiles on walk ways that were cracked and broken big hazard but young children that love to run around or even and adult can get hurt, cleanliness was there i just wish they were on top of it more when it comes to spills, staff was great very nice people had a lot of interactions around the property and all were very helpful, Robert And Jilson over by the buffet were always there when my family and i arrived greetings us and helping us out with our tables, loved the shows at night and had lots of fun. Big fan of the cortaditos that were made for us every single day over by the cafe inside the lobby the staff there did great and service was also really good."

"The only reasons I did not give this resort a 5 star are #1 the Beach is very sandy (not white) and dirty (the water is beautiful and #2 we stayed in the VIP ALLTRA JR. Suite and the air conditioning was terrible. Now, with those two things being said, I am a Beach Snob, so, I prefer very clean, freshly grated every night, nice loungers, and sand not blowing so hard it gets in your drinks and food and everywhere. This beach is very dirty with sticks and all kinds of things…. As far as the air conditioning, I cannot be hot at night. Their thermostats are set by the resort and locked. I did complain to the VIP Butler and they did have maintenance come and turn it down, but it never reached down below 74 degrees and for me, I cannot sleep with it that hot! Also, if I am paying for VIP, I should have control of the thermostat and it should reach my desired temperature! I want to talk about ALL THR POSITIVE THINGS THOUGH… #1) The staff on this resort are one of the most friendly and polite places I have experienced! They get a 20/20! #2) The Food is absolutely amazing! We went to every restaurant and the service was beyond amazing and the food was top notch! #3) The pools and the entire property, including the rooms are exceptionally CLEAN! #4) The check-in and check-out process is seamless! I am BEYOND impressed! #5) The SPA is AMAZING! And, the guided Hydrotherapy is outstanding! They do a wonderful job of making it very special, peaceful, quiet, beautiful, smells amazing"

Mi único complain es que en el buffet q está frente a la pool los hombres no pueden pasar en camisas sin manguillos y las mujeres tienen que estar con un full cover up porque no Puedes entrar con el traje de baño de la parte de arriba al descubierto ósea necesitas un traje que te tape eso lo encontré fuera de lugar cuando la Piscina está ahí mismo. Así que ténganlo en mente porque el hotel Es grandísimo y si te toca ir a cambiarte te ropa no te agradará . Entiendo esto para los restaurantes pero para un buffet it’s a lil too extra De todo lo demás súper"

"The guys at Olas Bar were excellent, especially Miguel, and the girls at Café Aroma were very special and attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience; this is the fourth time we've visited. They lost their lobster offer and justify it with the closed season, but we know there's another reason. Hector was super attentive and professional with the entertainment."

"The pools were amazing, and the beach was very clean and well maintained. Rooms were cool from the AC. The staff were friendly and truly went out of their way to ensure a great time. Food left something to be desired, with the best meal being in the buffet on the family side. "
