"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. "The apartment was perfect for us. Was nicely finished and very clean. We had everything we needed and the treats were very much appreciated. Very close to shop[s and restaurants. As a bonus, the people in the fruit and vegetable stand outside were extremely nice to us. The parking was easy to access, just outside of the ZTL. Was not a problem for us to walk to the apartment with our luggage. "

"BEWARE! This apartment is NOT in the old center of Modena, even if the map might show it as such - in reality, it is 2.7km (~2 mi) away!! When we pointed out this shocking discrepancy to Emilia Suite, they did not apologize nor offer to correct the location displayed - future reservations were still showing the incorrect, central location as of 10/18/24 - which made us think they either purposely lied about the location, or at least wilfully and negligently failed to correct any map...
