"Beautiful area and nice property amenities. When we arrived the condo was clean and tidy. The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s. It met every need for a short stay for the cost but in the future would opt for a nicer...

"The tv upstairs didnt work, the toaster is broken, the shades woukdnt go back up, the shades were filthy, and the toilet was clogged when we got there. Disappointed to say the least. Had my autistic grandson with us. The toaster and tv were necessities "

"Generally clean and in good shape. Mattress pads and blankets in rough shape. Not much in way of kitchen utensils. Kitchen sink won't drain. Bought candles to hide the smelk of dog"

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of our room. During our stay winter storm Blair came in and we had to add another night. I was impressed with how easy it was to extend our stay. Thank you! "

"This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do."

"My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing. "

"This property felt like a hotel room, even though it had a kitchen and separate bedroom and living area. The couches were very uncomfortable and the TV remote only just worked. Very spotty performance from the WIFI, also, as I ended up using my phone as a hotspot (it is an open WIFI with no PW). The area is beautiful, however, with many amenities for the family to enjoy. . "

"Great location for our needs- get away to hike in Shenandoah National Park. Did not have enough time to really explore the resort but did get to eat at Campfire Grill- very good food. A few needs- coffee cups, fans in bedrooms to help with airflow, and for some reason the tv service went out our last night there. Overall great experience tho"
