"This is an outstanding, classic and very elegant old school hotel in the center of downtown. It reminded us of the Plaza in NYC. Much is easily accessible, including Gastown and the waterfront. If you travel light and have a cruise booked, you can even easily walk to the docks and check in to your ship, though cabs are abundant. We booked a suite and were given a room that was impeccably appointed, not to mention spacious, with a huge walk-in closet and windows with multiple views of the city - one of the best rooms we've ever had. As for the staff, we've rarely encountered greater courtesy and professionalism. This is truly a 5 star hotel without pretentiousness. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. "

"I’m so glad I stayed at the Versante. The free shuttle made getting there super convenient. The onsite restaurant was great. I didn’t use the pool but the gym had everything I needed and more! There was a cafe (Starbucks), supermarket and bottle shop within close walking distance. I also had a great massage at Flow Plus Thai Massage & Spa, which was only 200 metres away. I’d definitely stay at the Versante again. "
