"Beautiful hotel, quick service great stay "

"My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at L'Appartement Hotel. The location is situated near the McGill metro station. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by young friendly staff and the check-in process was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and was very clean. A plus was the included kitchenette, which is always useful. However, there was a small lapse in service as our room was not cleaned on the fourth day. The room felt a bit dated, I would personally suggest replacing the bathtub with a shower to refresh the space. That said, the overall facilities were really good, we really enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices."

"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Room was clean. Very basic no microwave or coffee maker but available in lobby. Asked housekeeper to fill soap dispenser not done both days. The older gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. "

"I wish room had a microwave. It has a fridge but not having the ability to heat food up was a bummer. "

"I suggest having a rubber mat in the shower. Noisy because of construction on St Catherine ave. Otherwise convenient location."
